Young Scholars Speaker Series announced for Spring 2015

In Spring 2015, the Clements Center is pleased to sponsor the "Young Scholars Speaker Series." The series will feature four young scholars who have recently published books on topics ranging from Syria to John Quincy Adams.

Speakers in this series will include:

Christian Sahner (Princeton University)

Charles Edel (U.S. Naval War College)

Daniel Kliman (Department of Defense)
Date: March 11, 2015
"Fateful Transitions: How Democracies Manage Rising Powers, from the Eve of World War I to China's Ascendance"

Jonathan Winkler (Wright State University)
Date: March 25, 2015 
"The Forgotten Fear of Electro-Magnetic Warfare: Technology, Strategy, and Cold War"

All events are free and open to the public. The talks will be held in Sid Richardson Hall room 3.122 at 12:15pm.
