Kylie Smith

Kylie Smith is a Ph.D. Student in the Government department at the University of Texas at Austin. She specializes in International Relations and is currently studying non-state armed groups, conflict recurrence, and post-conflict order. She holds a B.A. in political science and international relations from Baylor University and an M.A. in Violence, Terrorism, and Security from Queen’s University Belfast in Northern Ireland.
