Artem Kvartalnov

Artem Kvartalnov is a fifth-year PhD student in the Department of Government at The University of Texas at Austin. He holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University) and an M.A. from UT Austin. Artem studies matters of war and peace, broadly defined. His current projects explore multi-alignment strategies, third-party reactions to international aggression, and the sources and consequences of state preferences in international relations.
