Wheeler Handford

Wheeler Handford is a civil engineering student and Naval ROTC Midshipman at the University of Texas at Austin. His academic focus is on project management and water resources, while his broader interests include U.S. foreign policy, military history, and national security. Over the past three summers, he has supported U.S. Navy operations aboard the USS Normandy and USS Pearl Harbor, and has assisted in training incoming midshipmen in Chicago. On campus, he is an active member of the Longhorn Special Operations Club and a key contributor to the NROTC Endurance Team. Wheeler also grounds himself in his faith and is actively involved in his ministry, StuMo. If he’s not at a Clements Center talk, he’s probably out on a run or spending time with friends.
