Adithi Rallapalli
Adithi Rallapalli is a junior majoring in Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, Plan II, and Economics, with a minor in Russian and certificate in Security Studies. She recently participated in the Clements Center’s London Maymester where she studied with the War Studies Department at King’s College London. Adithi is interested in biosecurity, harnessing emerging technologies for national security, and Eastern European policy. On campus, she has conducted research with the Innovations for Peace and Development’s Trade Wars project and within a Synthetic Biology lab. Adithi has also been involved in bridging science and engineering fields with civic education through Texas Civic Ambassadors and TX Votes, and is a part of International Affairs Society.
Professionally, Adithi has served as a legislative intern within the Texas Senate, engaged in a research fellowship on infectious diseases, and spent the past summer working with the National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology, where she explored innovation, strategic competition, and policy centered on biosecurity advancements. In her free time, she likes to spend time outdoors and explore art museums.
