Cory Chang
Cory Chang is a student at The University of Texas at Austin, where he is majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Risk Management. Cory’s area of interest is at the intersection of cybersecurity and national intelligence, specifically in the implication of cyberattacks on broader geopolitical affairs.
He has prior experience at Google as a Mandiant Security Consultant Intern, where he advises organizations on building strategic cybersecurity programs by leveraging cyber threat intelligence. Previously, he worked for the enterprise risk management team at Antares Capital, where his expertise centered on organizational threat and vulnerability management. On campus, he is an Undergraduate Fellow with the Clements Center for National Security, and a member of the Information & Systems Security Society. Upon graduation, Cory plans to pursue a career in cybersecurity with a specific focus on protecting organizations with significant national security implications.
