Emma Hamilton
Emma Hamilton is a rising senior from Spring, Texas majoring in Plan II and Government at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation and service in the Peace Corps, she aims to strengthen international climate agreements as a Foreign Service Officer. She currently works for an energy policy consultant firm and has interned with the U.S. House of Representatives and a software company in Brazil. Nationally, she is affiliated with the Alexander Hamilton Society, the American Enterprise Institute and is a U.S. Presidential Scholar. On campus, she has facilitated social science research with multiple labs, was a Brumley Scholar at the Strauss Center and supported the Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life.
Beyond the 40 acres, Emma can be found tutoring refugee children and, in her free time, learning new country dancing lifts and perusing restaurant menus online.
