Buckner Newberry

Buckner Newberry is a junior aerospace engineering major at UT Austin. He is passionate about advancing American national security through cutting-edge, low cost, orbital launch vehicle solutions. He has interned at Firefly Aerospace and will be interning at ABL Space Systems this summer. He also led the Texas Rocket Engineering Lab for a year, serving in multiple student director positions. He is excited to become an undergraduate fellow for the Clements Center to learn more about the crossover between national security and technology.
