Aditi Hiremath

Aditi Hiremath is a rising junior majoring in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Plan II. Her academic interests include cybersecurity policy, cryptography, Eastern European history, and linguistics. On campus, Aditi works as an undergraduate teaching assistant for the Discrete Mathematics course, is the communications officer for the Information and Systems Security Society (ISSS), competed with the Hash Association of Student Hackers (HASH) team, worked on The Daily Texan’s copy editing team, competed at the Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge twice, and was an undergraduate researcher at the Global Disinformation Lab (GDIL). She also participated in the Physics Directed Reading Program and the Freshman Research Initiative for Discrete Mathematics. Aditi has worked at the federal government and the Texas Department of Public Safety as a cybersecurity intern. After graduation, she intends to continue to work in the field of national security.
