Seay was profiled in D Magazine on his new role and vision for the Chamber. D Magazine highlights that the Chamber is “the primary source for economic development between Texas and Israel.” Seay, however, envisions expanding the Chamber to ensure that Texas becomes a beneficiary of innovative Israeli technology: “Israel has a vibrant technology industry, and the chance for U.S. companies to get a piece of the action is good.”
