Prof. Inboden argues that “[Russian] President Putin does not have the United States best interests in mind” citing Russian support for terrorist groups and Russian efforts to undermine American and European democracies. Drawing from his recent visit to the National Security Council in DC, Prof. Inboden found that “the White House is doing a major rethink of a lot of the assumptions they came into office with.”
