Executive Director Will Inboden on what to expect from Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un’s summit

Inboden believes the outcome of this meeting is nearly impossible to predict, as Trump “doesn’t seem to have any particular plans going in.” Instead he will be “just famously relying on his instincts and his gut and is going to be winging it.” Inboden further notes that Kim Jong Un has accomplished some of his key goals by the mere fact of the summit, whereas so far, Trump has not yet achieved anything on behalf of the United States.
