Archit Oswal is a Junior studying Plan II Honors and Supply Chain at UT Austin. His many trips to and extended stays in the Post-Soviet Space instilled in him a deep respect for international education as well as an interest in great power politics. His interest in both business and international affairs led him to accept a Fall 2020 internship with the US State Department, where he will work on issues such as Chinese Civil-Military Fusion. Concurrent to his internship, he will take classes in public policy as a Fall 2020 Archer Fellow. In addition to English, he speaks Russian, which he learned after receiving two NSLIY and one CLS scholarship from the State Department to study Russian in Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow, and Chisinau. When in Austin, he can often be found playing on one of the many pianos scattered throughout campus.
