LBJ students participated in an ISP-sponsored Policy Research Project during the 2017-2018 academic year led by Clements Center Faculty Fellow and ISP Senior Fellow J. Paul Pope. The report examines the integration and cooperation between the intelligence community and special operations forces in the years leading up to and after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
