The Clements Center for History, Strategy & Statecraft, the Strauss Center for International Security and Law, and the Intelligence and National Security Alliance hosted the much anticipated conference "Intelligence Reform and Counterterrorism after a Decade: Are We Smarter and Safer?" at the University of Texas October 16-18.
