Former CC Grad Fellow joins R Street Institute

Dr. Reiss’s work focuses on presidential decision making related to nuclear and international security issues in the Nixon to Reagan years. She received her LLM (Master of Laws) from the University of Nottingham, focusing on the ability of regional organizations to work within and outside the legal framework of a Security Council mandate. Before attending the University of Nottingham, Dr. Reiss worked as a researcher at the Hoover Institution and for the Stanford Preventive Force Group, focusing on security, foreign policy, and international law. She received her BA from Stanford University.  

Most recently, Dr. Reiss served as a Senior National Security Fellow for Senator Ben Sasse.  Previously, she was a Clements Graduate Fellow and a member of the Clements Center staff.
