White House Warns Of Future Syrian Chemical Weapons Attack

Dr. Miller looks back at the Obama administration’s issues with the Syrian government, noting that drawing a red line might send the wrong signals. He argues, “I think when we draw this red line we’re communicating that it’s okay to kill civilians as long as you use different weapons…I think that’s morally arbitrary and strategically useless.”
